Hi Girlies, I honestly don't think my right side can hack any more pokes, prods or kicks. My ribs are so sore and tender and I cry out in pain every time the lil one moves now due to repetitive kicks in the right hand side all the time... I feel sooo battered and bruised :(

Does anybody have any tips on how to encourage the baby over to the left to pick on my left ribs for a change, my right hand side really needs a break lol

x

im watcing this with anticipation!! lol lets hope someone has some answers

xxx

Go swimming and float about in deep end, shifted my LO but I also went into early labour so be careful to not over do it!

Put a bag of frozen peas on your ribs! Not for very long though, but worked for me - he kicked like mad then moved a bit so wasn't kicking the same place (he didn't shift over to the left though, just moved from the rib)

I'd recommend swimming too - mine doesn't actually kick me but he/she was lying on my back - 1 swimming session and he/she's shifted round so backs to the left now x

If it is that painfull you may have cracked a rib - it happened to my SIL x

Hi didn't want to read and run. But want to say I feel your pain. I feel bruised internally on my right hand side just below my ribs. Even when LO is not kicking, it feels tender. :-( xx
