anti c d and e

I am 7 weeks pregnant and suffered a m/c last year at 12 weeks. Last time I was told I had anti c, d and e and I'm rh negative . I haven't seen midwife yet and I'm worried what the antibodies may do.
seeing midwife on 13th April but going out of my mind with worry.
this is my 4th pregnancy.

hello i am rh negative and everthing is going well with my pregnacy i had a slight bleed last week unknow where from but was given the ant d at the hospital tthe dr said they give anti d after 14 weeks ...i dont think they mix b4 then

Just not sure what the other antibodies are and if I need to inform mid wife before next week. Had a anti d injection after mc and was given a card to inform doctors that I have antibodies.
