Hi ladies, wondered if you could offer any advice please?

I am just over 21 weeks now and up to now have still not felt baby move or kick, no popping or flutter or anything that most people seem to feel. At 20 week scan everything was ok with baby and was advised that I have a high anterior placenta which is nothing to worry about and would explain why I havnt felt anything yet.

Does anyone else have an anterior placenta and if so when did you start feeling movements and kicks etc? Was it a lot later on that 21 weeks?

Im not worried about things as I know baby is ok but I just wanna start feeling him now and experience what everyone else is talking about!! xxx

I have an anterior placenta as well, but it's low lying(ish). I've felt movement for quite a long time now, but apparrently 20-22 weeks is average for feeling first movement so it's normal not to have felt anything yet x

My Sister is almost 32 weeks and she has an anterior placenta - she didn't notice the first movements until she was nearer 28 weeks and even now she feels limited movement. It drives her crazy and really worries her but each time she goes and has a check up, everything is fine.
