(another) early scan on thursday!

last week i was in hospital for a few days for a possible ectopic pregnancy, all was well!

this thursday i have to go for another scan, just to check everything is still going how it should be.

excited but nervous.

what can i expect to see at this stage? they didnt even show me the first one

can you even see anything at 6+ weeks? it will be an internal one again *cringe*

i hope i see something similar! even more nervous because i won't have anyone with me for support, unless a member of staff from here agrees to come.
i was alone last time and i was in tears before i even went into the room! lol, im such a baby

i saw my bambino at what the radiographer said i was between 5 and 6 weeks, little blob and heartbeat going, x

You should definitely see something there. Internal scans aren't so bad. They're not entirely comfortable but the sonographers understand this and do their best to make it comfortable. Plus when you see your little splodge on the screen you don't even notice whats going on down there! My friends & I nicknamed it 'Dildocam' because they sometimes cover it with a condom which is just weird!!!!!

because i was sooo nervous, they put extra gel on it, and yes, there was a condom on it!
i was thinking, wtf? why?
