One of these burning 5am questions....


Ive read that the baby swallows the fluid, yep got that and seen it but apparantly the taste changes depending on what you eat and baby can dislike certain tastes and swallows more if its sweet. Ummm ok....

How does the taste change? I thought it was a sealled bag (womb) and baby gets nutrients via the cord so how does anything get into the fluid or does it leak through the cord?

Erm not sure about that hun but I know the baby basically wees in the fluid. A lovely thought there

because what you eat goes through to the baby and then the baby wee's and then it gets recycled around and that wee has bits of the food flavours in it

They did show me on the babybond scan that son's bladder was nice and full then few minutes later it errr wasnt

So you dont change the flavour kinda instantly, its recycled? MINGIN!
