Am I ovulating?

Just wondered if you guys could give me some advice.

Yesterday I had a funny kind of pain in my stomach. Really low down. It was like when you hold and hold off going to the loo for a pee and then when you do finally go and you still have a pain. Do you know what I mean?
And then today when I went to the loo at work I noticed a white discharge in my underwear.
Is this a sign that I'm OVing?
I think I'll buy some OPK's for next month so I can know for sure lol
