am i entitled to full matenity leave?

hi, need soem advice. im on maternity leave at te moment with my little boy and im pregnant again. have had 6 months off. i will be going bck to work for only 4 months before i will be starting maternityfor my second baby. am i stll entitled to everything. i have been at same place for four years now. not sure how it works. please help.

yes im pretty sure you are as long as its the same employer. congrats

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I believe you will be entitled to the full maternity leave if you wish to take it. Even if you only went back for a week you'd still be due the leave.

By law every woman is allowed 9 months maternity leave. Maternity pay is another matter. Hope this site helps:

Thanks. when i told my boss he didnt mention anything about what im entitiled to this time so did not want to presume i'd automatically get the time off. will look at link thanks gaby.
