am I being realistic?

Hi ladies, the time has come to start thinking about going back to work I will only be working 2 days a week (8.30-3.30) how realistic is it to contine bf except from those 2 days im at work? Or will my supply suffer if I am not bf at those times? Expressing is not really an option at work unfortunately. Any advice is great! X

You know that your workplace HAVE to allow you to express at work and give the facilities/time to do so?

She will be almost 6 months when I go back. Forgot to add somtimes she gets a bottle of formula in the afternoons atm. Yeah, thanks tweety, im a carer and its lone working I do would mean someone having to come in for half a hour or so to let me express which Id like to avoid. X
