Hi ladies.

I have gone off tea and coffee. I'm missing having a hot drink once in a while. I haven't drank juice for about 10 years so all I usually have is water and the odd cuppa.

Any suggestions of what to have instead?

I like chai lattes or matcha lattes if I'm not having tea/coffee. :)

With my first I drank ovaltine, I only have one hot drink a day and that was breakfast.

I've never drank tea or coffee. Always been a water/juice girl. I do have the odd hot choc in winter. Have you tried fruit teas? I don't like them personally but they do taste quite different from regular tea.

You could make peppermint or ginger & lemon tea from fresh ingredients? Be careful if you want to try fruit or herbal tea - lots of them contain liquorice root and the NHS website says that it's best to avoid it.
Was a real pain for me as literally all fruit/herbal teas that I like contain LR!

Green tea, fruit tea, maybe decaf coffee but with flavoured syrup in so it tasted different? Hot black current, hot vimto

Thanks ladies. Maybe hot juice would be a good one to try.

I’m drinking virgin pina coladas, coconut milk and pineapple juice, makes a refreshing change!

Oh that sounds interesting! What coconut milk do you use? Is it a half and half mix of the coconut and pineapple?

I just got plain coconut milk then fresh pineapple juice, I made half and half but you can add more of one or the other depending on your taste. It’s been nice in the heat! Only thing I need to add really are ice cubes, I think it would be nicer with them to keep it cold.

Fruit juice could be the best alternative to tea or coffee. You may also try a hot classic cocoa.

I love milkshakes when pregnant, I crave milk. I've been having Virginia mojitos to, apple juice, ginger beer (or soda water if you don't like ginger) fresh limes and mint and crushed ice. They've been lovely in the hot weather, even my three yo has enjoyed them
