What do you all think of the name Alba for a girl? X

Yeah that's where I first heard it, I read the book and fell in live with the name and iv always said since then that's what I want to call my baby if she's a girl. But I think only people that have read the book or seen the film think it's a nice name

I was gonna call my baby alba and when I mentioned to everyone I liked it I got sooooo much agro! Like omg alba - elbow - I was like WTF!?!? So I changed my mind in the end ita not that I don't like it now it's just I got put off of it because of everyone else x

I like how it sounds in itself, but i think it sounds like other things which might cause problems when they introduce themself.

I think it sounds like Amber or Albert...

I dunno.

I'm sure that these things never really become much of an issue in reality

I love Alba, it means Dawn in Italian and is also an old name for Scotland. Me and OH love this name for a girl, just need to get pregnant now!
