I was going to write a detailed birth story but to be honest it is all a bit too recent and I am still total in shock that Alana is here so I will keep it short!
Alana arrived almost 6 weeks early at 9:59pm on Monday weighing 3lb 4.5oz after an emergency c section due to me very suddenly developing severe pre eclampsia.
Although she is so tiny she is doing really well. She spent 2 nights in NICU but has now been transfered to SCBU where she will stay until she is able to come home.
She is just perfect and I never realised it was even possible that I could love her so much!
