Does anyone else have an itchy lala? :oooo:

It is driving me insane! It feels a bit like thrush but not quite as bad. I remember having this before too for a few days really early on. I thought I had read somewhere that the 'flora & fauna' changes and I guess that could explain it. I just hope it goes quickly.

Following on the theme of TMI! I have had a really thick discharge lately. It doesn't smell but is milky in consistency.
The midwife assures me that even though I never got it in any of my other pregnancies, it is completely normal and is just the body cleaning itself and making sure that infections are kept away! I have to change my panty liner quite frequently else it begins to irritate and make me itch!

If you are worried about it ask your gp or nurse to do a swab. And if it turns foul smelling or the itching becomes too unbearable Canesten is a girls best friend lol!

Good luck x

That's probably what it is yeah, I'm sensitive at the best of times so I guess this would be no different!

Apparently thrush is quite common in early pregnancy. Maybe go see your doctor? Hope it goes away soon! x

I had bad itching down there in my first trimester. I felt very uncomfortable when I felt like I constantly had to scratch that area. Mine turned out to be just normal pregnancy itching because of the increasing blood, I also found that my legs were just as itchy at night times.

If in doubt, seek some help :)

I had the same at the very beginning but it went quite quickly. At the time I put it down to not being waxed (I am usualy as bold as the day I was born!) and not used to hair. Too scared to get waxed before 12 weeks!

Again contining with the TMI theme here, I also have had awful CM and have had to go back to wearing panty liners as it is awful. Don't remember anything like this before I was pregnant!

I would get checked out at Dr's as like the other ladies have said, thrush is very common in early pregnancy.

x
