agnus cactus and epo

i have a ew questions i know answers are probably somewhere else but i cant find them.

i havnt had a period for 2 month now im not pregnant, the doc tried to put me on the pill to regulate periods but i decided against it and have brought some agnus cactus 400mg anld epo 1000 mg.

will the agnus cactus bring my period on?
and whats the best dosage to start on both?
should i take it through the whole cycle for a few months so it gets in my system?

It varys, some people have an effect straight away others don't. When my cycles were irregular I took:

1600mg Agnus Castus up till ovulation
1200mg of evening primrose oil up until ovulation

You can take agnus castus through your cycle but I would lower it to 400mg past ovulation

Once they are regular you can lower AC, I take 800mg to ovulation now.

Keep taking Folic acid & multivitamin too.

Angus castus effectively balances your hormone levels so it's not to be taken along side any fertility drugs as it can counteract.
