i know its a bit early to be asking about this kind of thing but i was wondering generally about benefits and entitlements.
i'm not well up on this kind of thing and i've never claimed anything before and havent really got a clue, but these things are here for a reason. i have found a site where you put all your information in and it tells you what you can claim, but it doesnt have options for people in my working situation.

i work for an care agency, which means i just work shifts as and when they come in. sometimes i can go a week or 2 with no work at all, but then i get weeks where i do 50+ hours. i'm not on a basic rate either, it changes from place to place i go.

am i right in assuming i wont be entitled to maternity pay or paid leave through my agency? i know i should probably just ask them but i dont want to ask them too soon and i wondered if anyone else was in a similar situation to me.

thanks for reading all that babble

Best thing is to go to CAB and ask them especially if they say u buggered they can then inform u wheat ur entitled to from the government.

What website was that u looked on?

xx

it was a link i found from moneysavingexpert.com under the benefits youre entitled to section
