I have heard so many different stories from people that are TTC someone laid with her legs in the air another done a hand stand against the wall someone laid on the floor with their legs on the bed what did you or have you been trying looking for tips

Hello Winnie,

I don't believe any of that really matters although I do lie down after "just in case".

To give you an example. Have been pregnant once but sadly miscarried but when I got pregnant I did nothing of that. The position we used was all wrong when it comes to gravity :) and went to toilet straight after but I got pregnant!

Now we have been trying for ages and tried lying with feet in the air for 30 min, pillow under my hips etc etc. Not got pregnant since.

If it makes you feel better try to lie down a little after but I would recommend not to over think things.

xx

Winnie I am so sorry for your loss, and after so long trying, life really is unfair! It may not be any consolation at the moment but it is positive that you have managed to conceive and fertility is increased after a loss due to the raised hormone and hcg levels. Have you had any tests to find out why the miscarriage happened? I wish you and your partner the very best at this difficult time xx
