About 2 weeks but never very heavy. I lost loads on delivery though - room looked like a war zone so I don't suppose there was much left.

I am on week 4...it stopsfor about a day..then comes on quite heavy for a couple of hrs..then off again....

I was similar - Bleeding heavyish and red for two weeks....then it would stop and start, tail off and go brown....come back red...and tail off again....in total about 6 weeks.

I was still bleeding when i took Thea back to England when she was 8 weeks old. I think its stopped all together by the time she was nearly 10 weeks.

I was 6 to 7 weeks, I was meant to get a smear at my six week checkup and couldn't, so I waited another week and it had stopped.

They do say that if you do too much your bleeding gets heavier. I did waaaayyyyy too much and wish I had those 6 weeks again to lie on the couch and have everyone do everything for me!!!!

i seemed to have ssstopped bleeding now..but (sorry if TMI) i have a lot of mucus likestuff still coming out.. is this normal...
