I'm waiting for af too after a natural mc on 20th Jan, I'm hoping she will arrive any day now but in reality it could be weeks away xxx

what a quick recovery! impressive! when I had my d&c before it took me around 2 weeks to able to move again.. maybe i was just getting lazy that time too! ahaha
