Advice please :)

Hi ladies iv been getting pain in my left calf, all the way down the left side and occaisonly in my anlke and knee
its getting quite painful to walk now, i think it may be to do with that i have been in bed all day everyday since xmas day due to the flu, so i have not been mobile at all.
Well i rung the birth center and the midwife said that she doesnt think its pregnancy related but that i shud ring the out of hours as i shud be seen tonight?
i dont think its THAT urgent enough to go up there though especially if its not preg related becos as long as baby is fine then i dont mind. basicly i really dont know weather to ring them or not what do u think??
there is no swelling or anything by the way x

I'm unsure what it could be....

but i think if the midwife has told you to ring the out of hours and you should be seen tonight then I think you should follow her advice

Ive got the same sort of thing but I can hardly walk now its in my right leg. I went to the doctors and its my sciatic joint (sp?) Its where the ligaments round my pelvis have softened so I cant put any weight on it. Im being referred for physio at the hospital but no idea when thats going to be but its driving me insane!!

sorry hun that sounds awful!! mine has eased up this morn so im gonna keep an eye on things and ring them if it happens again x
