Hi Ladies,
Hope you are all ok?
I went to the midwife and munchkin was head down as was he 2 weeks ago so was really pleased but today baby has been moving so much that i have been in serious pain. The movements have been mainly on the left side and in the middle then I have had a alot of pain above my pubic bone. I am now convinced that munchkin has turned head up as I am sure munchkin just had hickups and I could feel them above my belly button. Normally they are on my hip, not 100% they were hiccups but now I feel gutted as things were going so well.

Do you think munchkin has turned the wrong way up??

you know, i thought my little man had turned breach about your stage - i was so SURE of it.. but he hadn't, turned out he was just flipping left and right

probably the same for you hun, but ask the mw to check next time :)

Just remember that your LO will be a bit scrunched up. I'd convinced myself the same as well and was convinced I was getting kicks low down. On examination she was head down and it was probably her hands I was feeling low down.

My bubs does the same all the time. But bubs is well and ruly head down!....Don't worry....I bet bubs is just jiggling about! :)

Sometimes i can feel hiccups up high, i was also getting a little concerned she'd turned but as was pointed out to me, when you hicup you're whole body moves, i was just feeling her bum moving up and down as she hicuped. She is definately head down and has been for ages so she couldnt have moved, I'm sure you're LO is the same.

I've only just realised today how scary it can be if LO isnt in the right position and you face a more difficult labour etc.
