advice needed

i am nearly 18 weeks pregnant and have only saw my midwife twice. when i found out i was pregnant the midwife came out when i was about 8 weeks then i got my dating scan through and i was 10 weeks. my midwife was out yesterday to take more blood and she said she not seeing me again till i am 28 weeks i now i have my scan at end of this month but i thought they saw you more often than that.

even though this is my 3rd i honestly cant remeber how often i saw midwife but my friends tell me i should be seeing them more often than i am. my friend thought they would be keeping an eye on me because i have had 2 miscarriages but they say because i have had a healthy child in between the miscarriages then they have nothing to worry about.

how often is everyone else being seen by there mw?

ive only seen mine twice and had my dating scan
i have my anomaly scan tomorrow then i see my MW on the 24th of feb
as my pregnancy is going really well i dont really have the need to be seen more, i would have thought with a history of MC that they might have seen you more...
if you do have any concerns though dont hesitate to call your MW

38 weeks
then every week until delivery

I also go to see the consultant every 4-5 weeks for my thyroid appointments and i've had 4 scans so far.
I'm pretty sure with my 1st child i seen more of the MW than we do these days xx

Twice before my 20 wk scan and twice since - the last time being this week. Next appointment is 31 wks. Sounds normal to me hun

Sounds normal to me too They see you more often later on - it feels like forever between appointments at this stage doesn't it?

The amount they see you has certainly changed since i had my last child. They now count scans as appointments. Its a shame really but i think i will see mine about as much as the others, i think it is slightly more for first time moms

Everyone seems to have different appt schedules to me, as far as I have got too I have seen/will see mine at 8, 10 and 14 weeks...

ive seen my midwife twice now and im 16 weeks, ive got my 3rd appointment next week xxxx

Sounds normal for me too. Here the appointments for anyone who's already had a baby are:
12 weeks- booking and scan
16 weeks- General check
20 weeks- Scan
28 weeks- General check

So sounds about the same xx
