advice needed quickly ~tmi (gross pic)

Lily as been ill since Tuesday with a temp of 38~39.5 she didnt keep any thing down until Thursday in which she is now on 4oz water with 2scoops of forumula on docs orders ..she as barely wee,d since Wenesday night but the doctor yesturday wasnt worried as he did other checks and said she wasnt dyhdrated so just to carry on as i was ...her temp was normal on him checking
she keeps retching like to be sick and nothing comes up which i guess is a good thing ...until about a hr ago when she brought up yellow stuff i presume the lining of her tummy but also a little of dark brown stuff and some pinky stuff ...ive enclosed a pic i am worried it maybe blood her temp is fine at the moment and but her nappy was on from 6pm till 10am (not how long shes normally in one) to see if she wee,d and there was next to nothing there
The docs is closed at 12 until monday and as no appoitments left ..do i take her to a&e ? ...A pic of her sick is below ...desperate for opinions not the kinda pic i would normally post ..

The brown doesnt look as dark as it does in real life ...think thats the flash

From 10pm - 6am her nappy was practically dry? I could be wrong but Im sure thats very very wrong and is a definate sign of dehydration.

I just looked this up to confirm and come up with the following signs;
6 wet nappies in 24 hours - 1 slight in 16 is worrying to me anyway before I looked it up!
Is the slight wet nappy darker than usual - if you can tell?
No tears when trying to cry
Sunken fontanelle - soft spot
Dry sticky mouth/lips

More serious signs is;
Sunken eyes
Hands feet cold splotcy
Lethargy


Can't believe your doctors won't fit her in I was at the understanding they had to ffs mine always makes sure the kids get seen if Mum is concerned. What tests did the doctor do exactly?

If you think that is blood (you can see better to the eye) I would take her to the hospital but without that I think I would go for a second opinion that sounds very wrong to me the poor lil lady Aside the dehydration how shes heeving and now has been sick would worry me alone.

Another option is to call the health visitor who will either insist the doctor sees her or advise you to A&E but personally I don't like your doctor & would go to A&E

You know what hun so what if they think that - not that they should! If Mum is worried then its better checked than not thats not you being paranoid thats you taking care of and loving your daughter when shes unable to communicate with you and tell you whats wrong and hows shes feeling - Shes definately not a well baby and I'd be paranoid too and get her checked.

Can you swap surgery and health visitor if your not happy?

Update
We was seen in the child assement unit where we saw a lovely peadatrition

Lily as bronchictus Ive been taking her for her chest for ages and always get told her chest is clear and its her throat i can hear , I have been told that her sickness is due to the cough and wheeze and exess flem
she as 2 inhalers and antibioctics ...they will admit her at anytime i am not happy but bcos she was so cheerful and her temp was normal they sent her home ...I have open access to the childrens ward for a week and will be seen there for check-up next friday ...also told if its late and i am worried and have no way of getting there ring ward and they will send paramedics to pick us up

I am so relieved yet pissed off that i said she had this weeks ago and was ignored

she as been ill on and off since they admited her in sept and the docs,hv all have made feel like i was going mad some kinda paranoid mother who thinks there child is ill all time Hopefully now they will listen ...i begged to have a appointment there next wk instead if my docs for check up ...i have no faith in my docs and bcos we live in middle of nowhere its the same docs at 3 clinics just another reason to move i guess xxx
