Im after doing a calorie counting Diet but not really sure what to do.
If I set myself a target of either 1000 or 1500 calories a day do I also have to count fat content or do you just do the calories? Sorry to sound dull but the diets i have only ever done have been slimming world.
Also if I did only 100 ab crunches a day would that get rid of excess skin on my tum? or does a tum get beyond repair?
