Advice, hairstyle!

Right i have a problem with my jaw! Both the disks in my jaw are damaged and I cant open my mouth more than one centimeter!
Im going to have an op within the next 2 months but they will have to shave up both sides of my head above my ears! Going to look so stupid!
OH has said he will treat me to getting my hair cut/styled so it covers it more etc if I want and I do but can anyone suggest a style that will do that!? Im at a loss?!
Should I just try wearing a headband till it grows back lol!?

how much are they shaving? a few centremetres or inches? you could try just wearing it down all the time (if not to much hassel) or low pony tail..and when it starts to grow bk a few inches have some lil ententions put it.. or yes a headband would help hide it..

hopefully they'll do as lil as poss..

but i rember wen pple got hair shaved on sides so hair was thinner and easier to deal with, i was soooo tempted at one point, so i think it wont be too bad atall..

Thanks hun! Yeh and as soon as theres some hair there it wont be that noticable!? I just dont like the thought haha
But better than not being able to open my mouth properly!

i'd do nothing but moan..

you could get quote from hairdressers for few extentions.. there normally around £3 per piece depending on how much the shave off they cud make it less noticable.. xx

by the sounds of it, it sounds like you are getting a free undercut

there should be enough hair on top still to cover it. if you have your hair really feathered around your face then it's like having lots of layers 'framing' your face which i think will help.. but if you explain to the hair dresser whats happening then i'm sure they could suggest something.
