Address for Mat Allowance Claims - Help

Does anyone know where to send the Maternity Allowance Claim form. It says check Jobcentre Plus website but no address there. Tried phoning the feeephone number but pressed lots of buttons and got nowhere. Phonebook gives local Jobcentres but when I phoned they did not know where I should send the form either. This is driving me crazy!!!!

address it to your local job centre plus, or just drop it in hunni.

I sent mine to the local one, u can find the addy for that by searching through your bt phone book, it'll have the addy of the local centre. Or drop it in

OMG I'm so glad someone else posted this! This is driving me potty too! After several phone calls where no one new anything I should have known to check the forum!
