Acupuncture in 1st Trimester

I have just had acupuncture for my sore back which has been sore since I had my last child. I am 7 weeks and 4 days pg. Has anyone else had it and do you think its safe?

i had it all the way through my pregnacey it was fine but she just went a little lighter with the amount off needles in 1st tri x

Cool. I think it's okay and boy will I need it as my back is agony even without pregnancy!

I had it 2 weeks ago for sickness and it helped me!

As long as you have an accupuncturist who knows you are pregnant and is happy with that. My own actually specialises in the treatment of fertility and pregnancy. Helps with the morning sickness too x
