Aching

God I ache today, don't think I've over done it on the ball cos my legs are fine but my arms ache and my bump has been so tight all day. Monster is doing the mash so he's ok but I feel like I've been arm wrestling lol. Will have a bath later and see if that helps. I have the chiropractor tuesday so looking forward to getting cracked about.

I just have no energy today xxxxxxxxx

It feels amazing. The first time I went I thought he'd broken my neck lol and started wiggling my toes
