I'm 9+3 today and been having aches off and on. A little like period pain but milder and more when I'm walking nkt lying down. Anybody else? I guess it just feels quite full down there. Haven't bled and boobs still sore (nausea is off and on every 3/4 days) Had a scan on Mon and all ok but still worrying, esp as first and ivf and previous MC

It’s most likely the ligaments softening to accommodate the growing bump. It’s quite normal to have a heaviness sensation too. :flower:

Hey Writergem, I'm nearly 5wks myself, and since I found out last week, I've been having period pains nearly daily, seems to get worse in the evening though!
No other real symptoms other than very sore boobs and so so TIRED! I want to sleep all the time!

My period type pains also make me feel really "full" as if I was on my period, like I need to poo all the bloody time lol! :rotfl: Oh and back pain just started today as well!

I feel the same at 6 weeks. Almost like I have constant stitch or I have done a million situps.
As princess said it's your ligaments softening however I know it's hard not to worry. I've had losses too and everything niggle I panic about lol.

I feel the same at 11 weeks and I've felt these aches for a couple weeks now. Think it's just our uterus expanding etc x

I had a crampy feeling for weeks after finding out and now get ligament aches, but seems completely normal. x

Hi Gem, I had this really bad yesterday morning (9+2) and felt like my uterus might fall out! Its good to hear that others have it and it sees very normal, I suppose we've got to keep remembering that there is a lot going on down there at the moment :)

Thanks everyone. Haven't had too much since I posted so must be all good. The nausea is there daily now to keep me sane haha x
