Aching Hips

I woke up this morning with really sore hips, im not sure whether it's my mattress or the fact that i have to sleep on my side all the time now i have a little bump or it's the ligaments in my hips softening.
I don't remember having this last time i was preg.....? anyone else suffering.....?
I think i'l have to get one of those big body pillows to lay into so im not putting all my weight on my side.

Yep Im in agony today as well, in fact have been for the last couple of weeks - wake multiple times in the night and have to turn over, as have pain in my hip, but also in the muscle where my leg joins my buttocks (only on the left side though).

Today its been hurting all day, but then I spent most of yesterday in bed with a bad cold so might have something to do with it!

Im definitely investing in a body pillow as soon as I get back to the UK!!

Thats how my PGP started! Pain in my hip! If it persists, go see your doc or midwives!!
