I still feel like a pensioner with aching bones and joints on a morning. So much so I'm considering buying a new mattress as my bed feels really uncomfortable to sleep in.

Probs should have posted this in postnatal really come to think of it!

Totally know what you mean. My back is shot to pieces since having Phoebe! God knows what its going to be like having to run around after her when she's a toddler

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S2

I could of wrote this this morning. My back is knackered. Last Sunday hubby went to give me a bear hug. It Hirt do much I cried!

And I've developed this weird pain behind my left knee that hurts when I stand up

Jeez maybe I should of been a younger mum!!

It's just my wrists, but FEK! they hurt!

Yeah my back is really uncomfortable as well.

Bah.

Yep - join the club, knees, wrists, ankles and back n if ive done a good walk, its hell the next morning when I get out of bed, omg!!!

Joy I'm like an old woman in the morning when I get up forgetting that I ache all over and then wobble in sort of drunk state to the loo as my body tries to catch up with my brain

Not an attractive sight!

When I went to the chiropractor after the birth he couldn't do that much cos he said the hormones were still making my joints elastic. He said it should settle down but can take months. He said bf can make the hormones last longer so an osteopath is better cos they work more on the muscles than the joints xxxxxxxx

Back and hips for me. I just don't bend like I should and am do I flexible. Thinking of doing yoga to see if I can free something up.

Using Tapatalk can't see no tickers grrrrr.

I reckon I still have relaxin in my body and Ethan is 7.5 months! Still do a bit of bf so I guess that may b prolonging things! Have had probs with my back and knees! It certainly takes a while to recover from pregnancy and giving birth! X

Ditto ladies add on the arthritis and I walk like a 80 year old every day. lol

Since later stages of pregnancy, my body has never been the same. My back, legs, arms, shoulders, hips...everything!xx

Wrists are absolute agony, but also have pain in knees and back. :-(

Well I be in agony tomorrow, I've just played my first netball match in over 11 months
