I wake up every morning aching all over particularly my back and stomach. I have a special pillow to sleep with but it's just not helping too much. I feel fine once I've been up and about for a while but when I first wake up my bump is solid at the bottom and I suspect I am having BH. It's not a big problem of course but just so uncomfortable to wake up aching every morning.

you're not alone Annie, I always wake up in pain and uncomfortable, usually in my hips and back.....I hate to say it but it's got worse over the last few weeks too! I don't have any special pillows though so maybe they will show the advantage of having one when you're closer to your due date!

I am in pain day and night, Im walking like a duck and if it not my back or bum cheek its down below they all hurt at some point. This is by far the worse for me I ended up like this at the end with the last 2 but not with 8 wks to go, so your not alone annie im the same lol

Me too - oh the joys. I have carpal tunnel syndrome - which has been awful particulary in these last 4 weeks - wake up numeruss times unable to feel my arms and in pain! It'll be worth it in the end and i'm sure its just the bodies way of letting us know what we are in for when we have our babes!

You are definatly not alone honey x I get bh on and off most days but I'm with you on the achy pain ness of mornings! It feels like I've been in the ring with mike Tyson! x
