Baby is still exceptionally tiny so I doubt it is pressure from him. It could be the start of PGP (it used to be called SPD). If it continues please get medical advice. I didn't until I could no longer walk from the pain and because I left it so late to get advice and help I am still in pain now, 8 months after the birth. If it turns out to be normal pregnancy aches and pains then there is no harm in being told that by the doctor
I had that too. All of yesterday I was in pain and it hurt to walk. We phoned the midwife who said that as long as I'm not bleeding I should be fine. She phoned back an hour later to ask more info (am I peeing normally, how's the pooing, any fever, etc) and told me to phone back this morning if things were still bad. If so, she'd try to get me an earlier scan than the appointed 5 January one. Fortunately, all's well.
I also spoke with my sister and she told me that it's normal. It's just the uterus stretching and the bone trying to accomodate the growing uterus.
Just relax and if it continues, call your midwife/OB and speak with her/him. Good luck
Can also be the uterus rubbing on the pubic bone, had that last time and this time. Disappears after 12 weeks when the uterus should have popped out of the pelvis
