Have a lot aches pains in me bak bearable though just really uncomfy I this normal cant believe asking stuff lik this this me secon baby but forgot all from last time going o for bath try see if helps x

Do you have a birth ball you can sit on, often poor posture makes it worse. I sit on mine for a bit if Im achey and it does help and makes me think about how I'm slumping about!

Not got 1 but far from it a been doing loads past few days as getting house decorated stuff not sat down that prob maybe cos am bit older let time me body not coping swell lol x
