Central news just did a great report on Breast feeding and talking about the benifits and how women are not given enough support to do it.

I am so happy

I think with more said about it and more help available more Mummys could do it

Good on all the mothers who are able to do it, i remember the closeness you feel with your baby such a bonding experience.
Agreed its good for your baby, but for me it just wasn't working despite lots of support, and for me (maybe i am too sensitive)! it hurt to see all the advertisements etc promoting breastfeeding......... having said that my boy is now approaching 2yrs old and you wouldn't know that he was only breastfed for a matter of weeks. He's just as healthy as his breastfed buddies YAY!
