i do have PND, ive been on anti d's for about a month, i feel a little better than i did but still bad

ive got my first baby massage group on 18th june, i havent been to anything else.

i feel a little better today because i got some good news :)
 
Yay glad you are feeling a bit better through the pills and news :)

As regards the pills, give it another fortnight and if you don't feel you've improved more than this, go back and they might change the dose.

Sounds like soon both problems might be sorted out :cheer:
