Hi everyone, wasnt sure where to put this question but i thought i would try here. thing is i had my baby 7 months ago and last wednesday me and the oh had a bit of an 'accident' oops! my periods since having my baby have been usually between the 22-24th of the month but for some reason this month it started on the 17th. usually it lasts for about 5-6 days but today its virtually stopped! im a tad worried as we had the accident on the wed and i came on the sun. could it be implantation bleeding? i cant remember having it the last time. i dont think i could cope with another so soon lol. anyone have any ideas? thanks xx

it depends on the flow of the bleedin hun.
was it like a period ????

Ive got no real information apart from test in a few days or so when your AF would have been due.

Hope you get the answers of what you want.

well when it first came on i had no pains or anything, sometimes i get a tummy ache a few days before. it started off like a proper period esp in the first day but since then its just getting lighter and lighter and today its virtually stopped. since the baby my periods have been quite heavy but not this one

There is a chance it could have been an implantaion bleed but the normal time it takes for the fertilized egg to travel down your tube and implant is 7 - 10 days.

If you had your accident on Wednesday (13th) and the bleed started on 17th then that's only 4 days which doesn't really give enough time for the egg to get down your tubes and implant. Also an implantation bleed tends to be very very light, most women only get a discolouration of their discharge (sometimes pink or brown) rather than actual bleeding.

sying that though....stranger things have happened and you could have a super fast egg so it is still possible that it made it down in 4 days and there's are tales of women who had what they thought was an actual period and then found out they were pregnant.

The only way you're going to know for certain is to test in a few days.

sorry it's not much help really
