So on Wednesday I ovulated for the first time (cramps+ewcm+pos opk Tuesday) and I have been in pain every day since. Is it usual for ovulation to hurt this much? I've had to take pain killers twice a day and more often than not there a hot water bottle either on my stomach or my back.
