4 weeks in & sudden oversupply?

I think I have worked out why Harrison is getting green poos I think I may have oversupply.

My boobs always seem to be engorged even if hes fed for 30 minutes plus, and they never feel empty.

Does anybody know how to slow supply? I can only find tips on how to increase it!

Hun it will all settle if you feed on demand and at 4 weeks mine were probably still often full!! It's only months in that mine settle and don't leak a lot. I probably used breast pads until 4 months and still on and off now. I'd just try not expressing for a week and if it all settles green poo wise x
