4/5/6dpo symptoms Help ! Any insite

Hi

So i lost my little boy in september but my periods went back to 28 days and ov on 14/15 but this month i ov on day cd10 and from 4 dpo i have been getting these sharp prick like pains they come and go throughout the day but at night my uterus feels like a ache like af is going to start . I am rather moody and tired

Anyone have this ? The forums i read say its an early sign of pregnancy but found one that said it could be an ovarian cyst Now im worried ?

Please tell me honestly im not hunting for someone to say ooo yes pregnancy but then its not true . But it you experienced it before your please share

I'm very sorry for your loss.
The only thing you would be experiencing at 4dpo is the corpus luteum producing hormone, which could be an indication that the egg has been fertilised but you'd be experiencing that in your ovary not your uterus as nothing would have made it to your uterus yet. I'm afraid you're just going to have to wait and see. Good luck xx

Thank you i was thinking more a uti but tested my urine and its fine then i saw someone said it can be cysts so was worried
