Can I ask any of you if during the very late stages of pregnancy have felt really low? I am feeling miserable! Completely miserable!!!

I am worried that I am feeling so down at the moment that even the thought of my little one coming isn't exciting me!

I am being really grumpy with my fiancé and my 4 and a half year old. I suffered with PND after my last child, so I suppose I am now worrying that I am going back down that route. Or, perhaps this is just a normal feeling because of hormones!

To add to this mix, just incase some of you don't know I am due to have a little girl with DS and I guess a little part of me worries that this could be another reason I am worried.... Although I really don't think it is!

I felt the worst in my last few weeks of pregnancy. Was probably horrid to be around!
Just wanted to say that i teach little people in a special school and the children are a joy to be with and make my day every day. X

I think it can be hormonal at the end (I never got that far with Kynon!) I imagine you must be a bit worried and stressed too even if you don't outwardly think that it's natural to feel like that esp with you previous pnd and the worry of DS. Maybe try and get a bit of time to yourself to do something you enjoy and to relax, do you have anyone to take your LO for the afternoon or evening so you and oh could have a meal or see a film or do whatever you enjoy before the baby arrives? Maybe mention how your feeling to your mw at your next check too. Hope you feel more your old self soon x

I'm sure its normal I've got a wk to go and I really could just sit and cry my eyes out and i have no idea why.

Everything just seems too much and o/h doesn't understand so I'm snapping at him.

I'm sure we will be fine once our babies arrive xxxx

I was really miserable in the last few weeks and just wanted the baby out. You will be more tired as you will be looking after DS as well as dealing with being heavily pregnant.

Thank you everyone! At least I feel a bit normal now. I really don't wish to go through PND again and I was really worrying that by being so miserable, it was a sign o things to come!
I will try some positive mental attitude! Lol! Xxx

Good luck Lanny! I hope that everything goes well. Xxx
