36 week midwife appointment

Had mine today. Was a laugh (love my midwife who is also pregnant.....yay)
Baby is 3/5 engaged (not sure what that means lol)
But then as my foot is still swollen n my BP was a Lil high I'm now sitting In the maternal assessment unit waiting to be shipped of to the antenatal ward as they won't let me go home.
Gotta have a scan done on my leg to make sure it's not DVT.
Lovely, top it off bump is contracting like a gooden.

See that annoys me that your doc and uniT ignored the swelling. The high bp might be why your contracting.

3/5 s is really good means that the head is in the pelvis. 5/5 means Its free from pelvis, 4/5 means it's starting too enter etc etc

hope all goes ok in the scan.X

she don't listen. The dr in the MAU said she shud have sent me from yesterday :/

Hope your leg is ok hun and that Elijah makes an early apperance as now your 36 weeks , that's all good

Make sure if you stay , you get your DVT stockings on asap as the lady in the next bed to me when I stayed on antenatal before Devon was born, was only 9 weeks preg addmitted with cronic sickness , was given no stockings ,and after a couple of weeks she kept complaining of a sore groin and they ignored her in hosp and she ended up with a dvt and walked on a zimmer frame, and was only young, so push the point hun X

lealea you may as well rent a room at the hospital you poor thing, i actually feel very sorry for you, youve had such a nightmare of a time! i really hope theres nothing to worry about. but your doctors annoy me because of the symptoms you have and stuff. bloody hell!! x

Yep I'm in the hospital with crouching tiger snoring dragon opposite me lol been kept in n gonna have scans done on my legs.

The midwives n nurses know me by name n face without looking at my file lol I may as well move in.

Kings college hospital will be my new place of residence.
Jus had two blood thinning injections n I have the sexiest pair of White stockings on *victorias secret eat ur heart out*
So I'm here bored out of my mind, tired but can't sleep cos of bageerah n tigger both snoring. Help

This actually sucks tho, one issue after another. I wanted more kids but I'm not so sure anymore
