36 week midwife app

Had my 36 week appointment yesterday had my bloods taken and sent away & also she checked my urine sample which only had a small trace of protein which she said is nothing to worry about & no blood in it this time unlike my 34 week app which is a relief she also checked babas position and she said he is right down there and lying in the perfect position for birth so I've just to bounce away on my ball as much as possible & she told me to eat pineapple or if it gives me heartburn to make it up in a smoothie which sounds good so its just a waiting game now ladies got my next appointment in 2 weeks so hopefully all good news again ... cant believe how close its getting
