2nd Induction

Hey , I was wondering if somebody could answer me a quick question please ?

I'm been induced on the 11th August or possible sooner depending on how my hospital appointment / scan goes next week , with my first daughter I was induced early too due to type 2 diabetes and her been over the 90th centile (the same reason for been induced this pregnancy).

My first induction was straight forward with no problem's , I had to have pessary's and they managed to break my waters with no problem's , so I was wondering what are the chance's of my second induction going smoothly without any problem's ?

I'm not sure hun, but I an the same, I was induced at 38wks due to gestational diabetes n all went well no pessary needed just broke my eaters drip up n then had him 4hrs later. Will b induced this time as well at end of aug n really hoping things gives smooth but I guess we won't know till we get there!!!

Apparently someone did tell me second time round ur body often remembers what to do n u dilate quicker nit sure if that's true tho.

Hope your right about the quick dilation , my first birth was brilliant and I hope the second one is the same , but I suppose only time will tell lol x
