24 week midwife appointment today

Got to hear Bump's heartbeat and it was lovely and strong. All is ok. Blood pressure slightly low but nothing to worry about I don't think.

Booked myself for the Flu jab for 2 weeks today as well whilst I was there. Midwife told me to definately get it done cos they are expecting another epideminc again this year. So just to let you all know to get it done if you can.

Next appointment in 5 weeks for my last lot of blood tests. Baby James will soon be here

congrats. im not sure about the jab, i need to find out pros and cons of it, as lots of my colleagues who have just had babies have felt strongly against havin it etc.... hmmm

I was told by midwife today that there has been no known cases of it being harmful to the baby and research has found nothing linking the jab to any dangers to the baby during pregnancy. xx
