20 weeks scan

Hi,

I had my 20 weeks scan today and everything was looking good with babes and he is growing well. I still have a small hematoma but they said it is of no medical significance so i'm assuming its all fine - yeah. Can start buying now yeeeeeeeeeee

A hemotoma is a bruise/clot - it caused some bleeding around 12 weeks and just a little bit daily until about 3-4 weeks ago. I thought because the bleeding had stopped it had gone, but it is still there although a lot smaller. Went to doctors and spoke to mw and non of them seemed to be worried so i just took it easy which makes a change!

Can't beleive i wrote he! We didn't find out sex - maybe writing that means i have a sixth sence hehe

OH, son and one daughter want a boy my other daughter a girl and i really don't mind and am saying its a girl so they won't be dissappointed! My son was quite cross with me today because i didn't find out - and i had to be firm and say boy or girl babe can't change it and as long as its healthy it doesn't matter. Really don't like them having prefrences as a baby is a baby and will be loved no matter what - hence why i like the suprise. I had a girls name in mind weeks after i found out and am convined because of that, that it is a girl. We had names for first son and not a girls name same with daughter - but number 3 we were convinved it was a boy and didn't name her for 10 days because we couldn't decide - think i'll have to come up with a boys name as well just incase!
Do you have any names in mind?

yes i've already named my 27 weeker! lol it's my first too.. Riley John before i found out though i was thinking Riley for boy, Freya for girl.. so was calling him Friley! I wasn't gonna find out but i'm so impatient! I just waited until how I felt on the day..

aw yeah it's up to you whether to find out or not!! suprise is sooo good, if i wasn't so impatient i would've waited tell your son that if he wishes hard enough it may turn out what he wants it to be! hehe.

what names have you thought so far then? xxx

I like Alana for a girl, maybe William for a boy but not sure. Love Riley, my friend has just called her son that. I did want to find out more this time than the last three times as this was a suprise pregnancy and we have no baby things! But i'm stubborn - don't know if thats helpful to myself or not lol.

lol! aw i think it makes it all the better not finding out then! and i suppose stubborness has it's uses.. just not for the people who wanted you to find out! lmao.. i'm stubborn on some grounds but i usually give in 'cause i get bored of say like an argument or whatever haha. alana for a girl and william for a boy - they're lovely names!!! i especially like alana as i don't know many people called that aw thankyou xxx
