20 week scan tomorrow!

I'm getting excited!!

But also sad that it may be the last chance I get to see my baby before it's born!

Am also intent on sticking on team yellow but have certainly found my resolve wavering - it would be sooooo easy just to find out, but I think I'd end up feeling a bit disappointed in myself if I did so I must be strong!!

Good luck, you never know you may see baby again if it doesn't behave, I got to go back Tuesday for 20weeks scan part two lol, I also want the gender reconfirmed

Well that's true Rosa - last scan baby was stood on it's head with it's bum in the air the whole time, lol x

Thanks Helen, unfortunately pics will be delayed as I have to take them to my friends to use his scanner and his flat is kind of unreachable at the moment due to snow, lol. xx

when i was team yellow with my last 2 pregnances i found it quite easy, they asked at the end of the scan with the 1st one i said no she finished scan so was too late to change my mind then last time they didn;t even ask me if i wanted to know the sex. this time she asked i still wasn't sure but hubby wanted to know, and because he missed the scan i wanted some excitement for him too that day so i got it wrote in an envelope and we opened it together that evening. I am not gutted about finding out this time only because i was so convince it was a girl and got a shock it was a boy, didn;t have a gut feeling last 2 times so it was ok no shocks. I would only advise to find out if you were convinced it was one sex or the other as it could be a shock like me if it was the other. i think when it was born i would have said thats not mine i was having a girl lol, even though i know they are not 100%.

Ha ha Lex! Not gonna happen! Even though my OH would quite like to know he knows how dead set I've been on not finding out and now I'm wavering he's putting his foot down and said I absolutely cannot find out! Unless it's lying about with it's legs open and everything on full show if you know what I mean! Lol x

Hope scan went well. I had mine on friday We didnt find out sex, I'm pleased that everyone including us will have to wait until its born before finding out!

Even though my OH would quite like to know he knows how dead set I've been on not finding out and now I'm wavering he's putting his foot down and said I absolutely cannot find out! Yay sticking with team yellow! I've been determined from the start and had to persuade my hubbie so I'm not going to waver at all otherwise he will want to find out! Let us know how it went?! xx

Woo-hoo scan went fine, my little one has grown soooo much since 12 weeks! Everything is fine with baby but they said I have a low lying placenta which means I have to be rescanned at 36 weeks to see if it has moved up. It is nearly blocking the birth canal so if it doesn't move up (which in 9 out of 10 cases it does) I would have to have an elective cesearean. I am also now at a higher risk of bleeding so I need to contact the maternity hospital if I ever bleed - but I'm not hugely worried, just one of those things which more than likely will correct itself as time goes on. Am just over the moon that my bouncing baby is healthy and happy Oh yes and still team yellow, despite OH's best efforts to charm the sonographer and midwife into telling him, lol.

Will post pic soon but need to go to friends to get it scanned so may be a few days....thanks for all your good wishes! xx
