20 week scan came through the post

Chricky I havent even had my 12 week scan yet and I just got my 20 week scan for 11th Dec.Has anyone else had theirs? It says its the 'anomaly scan', is that right?

I made the appointment for the 20 weeks scan when I was at my 12 weeks scan, no more letters.

Although I do remember that when I got the letter asking me to ring for an appointment for the dating scan, it said "You've got this letter either because of the 12 weeks or the 20 weeks anomaly scan, please ring bla bla bla".

Did you maybe just a one size fits all letter, which reads a bit ambigously?

The Anomaly scan is definately the 20 week one. I have to make mine at my 12 week scan.

The start of December isnt long at all...how exciting!

Ive got a date and time 9.40am on 11th dec. Says to have a comfortable full bladder etc. Its def an appointment!

Blimmey Scones that is quick! Very exciting though you'll get to know what ur bubs is if you want to know that is before Xmas what a lovely presie! I haven't even had my scan yet ill be 13 and half weeks by then which is the 4th Nov. Anyway good for you honey it's great news!!! keep in touch Dusty x

How exciting, might be worth giving them a ring maybe they have forgotten your 12 week or though tyou already had it, you have a contact number now anyway (hopefully on the letter) the worst that can happen is they tell ya to bog off its in the post I guess.

I have not had my 12 week scan yet either, shouldnt be long now though

I have got both letters here, my 12 wk one is this thursday.Im thinking maybe my MW booked them both at the same time, cos I had my gestational diabetes one come through too, for 20th jan!!!! Think my MW is v.v.v efficient!!

Yeah i got the glucose one for a date in jan which my MW booked while I was at the meet and greet last week, but expecting my 20 wk scan to come through the post like the 12wk one did. guess its all different depending on where you live. Good luck on Thur Scones look forward to hearing how it went, wish mine was Thurs its my Birthday that day!!! Dusty x

Thats great hun Mine was booked when i had my 12 wk scan. I cant wait another 4 wks to go!!
