2 tests....

i took 2 tests today .....
at 1st they both said negative, but after about an hour or so they both had very faint positive lines.. ive been looking about and some websites say that this happens sumtimes becoz it takes a bit longer to detect the hcg
wot do u think ??

 

depends on what test you had - they usually say dont keep after 10 mins but then yours may not. What one's did u use?

Have you ever seen the website www.peeonastick.com?

It has loads of into on hpt and pictures of what different brands look like when they're positive etc!

I made the mistake of getting an hpt test I took back out of the bin 20 mins after I took it, and also thought it had turned positive - got a bit excited and retested 5 days later to find a very clear negative! I've read since that if a test is negative in the time it says to read it then treat it as negative, don't read them after the alloted time!

Of course that doesn't mean you're not preg - the tests may be different from mine, it may be too early - lets hope so...
