Hi Wubzy. I had terrible morning (afternoon and evening!) sickness til I was 16 weeks. Some people suggest ginger tea and ginger biscuits, but that did not work for me. I found very cold water to drink and eating ice lollies helped a lot, as well as sticking to quite bland food, which was about all I could stomach anyway. I guess my advice would be to find something that works for you and stick to it, whatever it is! As my sickness eased off at 16 weeks, most of my food and drink aversions disappeared too, thankfully!
