1.5% drop in interest rates!

So the interest rate has been cut by 1.5% ....

although I'm in a fixed rate mortgage for another few months I'm hoping the rate continues to drop so I get a better deal!

Our mortgage is fixed until summer, it'd be so nice if the interest rates come down by then but I'm not holding my breath...

Thank god!! Ive got a tracker mortgage @ 0.8% above the interest rate. We're very happy, our payments will go down by about £90
