My beautiful baby boy was born on 19th of July at 19:56. I went into labour around 3am - coping o.k. at home until eight - sent back home from hospital as only 2cm dilated (what a disappointment) and contractions too far apart (2 in 10 Min). Shower/bath at home brought contractions back on again...

Hi Amber Nicole, sorry to hear about your induction date. But you have got 2 more days to go - apparently when you are 41 weeks 6 out of 10 babies come within 3 days - so I keep my fingers cross!!! anyway - you will soon have your gorgeous baby girl - isn't that exciting! All the best for you...

Hi, can anyone tell me what 3/5 or 4/5 engaged means. The midwife just wrote it down in my hospital notes and I am a bit confused now. don't really want to phone and bother her.... It was 4/5 a fortnight ago and now it is 3/5 - does that mean it is more or less engaged???? thanks Vera (EDD-3)

Congratulations!!! I think it's so great you're so positive about it - I always think it's a shame if people try for another baby mainly because the want a boy/girl and then and up being disappointed about "another one". Because every little person is different anyway.... so good lucky to you...
